There is a story unfolding that matters to any CEO running an organisation with a profound impact on society. Most companies go very quiet when a breach happens. Understandable for various reasons. In this age of AI, I believe it is exactly the wrong strategy.
Nope, productivity is NOT the best metric for AI adoption
Still, productivity is a very flawed way to measure adoption. Have you read about the KPI of token usage and where that lead to? Right, not the best example and KPIs will steer (unwanted or unintended) behaviours, not quality of outcome.
